We went today for Callie Beth’s one year check up. She did amazing. She didn’t even blink for the first two shots. She cried for about 15 seconds on the 3rd. She was a little trooper and is napping now. Dr. Burns said she was “uncommonly nice” throughout the entire exam. We have to go back in a month or two for another set of shots. She will then have another well baby check up at 18 months.
She is hitting all her milestones perfectly! And…her ear looks perfect. She is working on all 4 molars right now. 2 of them are SO close!
It has been a big week. She is now drinking cow’s milk. She took to the switch great. And NO MORE BOTTLES! She only had them every once in awhile before but with me being home this week, it was a good time for them to go. She has done wonderful! She is also a walker now. It is so neat to see. What fun!~
Here are her One year stats:
weight………20 pounds (just shy of)………25th percentile
height………30 1/4 inches……………75th percentile
head circumference……17 3/4 inches……..50th percentile
Also, my nephew, Nolan Michael was born on Wednesday, March 24th @ 8:10 a.m. He was 8 pounds 3 ounces. Mom and baby are doing great! Congrats Mandy & Patrick.
Liz you and Jake are doing an amazing job with your sweet little Callie Beth. Cleo and I love looking at your blog and all the pics you post of her. Kids are just so much fun and have such a "healing" affect on the heart when it hurts. Enjoy your weekend
